The easiest way to register your child is to fill out the school enrollment form!! Just one sheet of paper. Print form and Form must be filled out by the parent and the school.

When signing up your child/children be sure to check the Residency Requirements so you can better prepare and have the correct documents ready.

If a player has been injured or an accident took place at a RBLL event then a manager shall complete this form within 48 hours of the incident.
